RAKEZ Company Formation Process

The process for setting up a company with RAK Economic Zone is as follows.

Step 1 – Apply

You will need to select your desired package and place your order for company formation.

Step 2 – Preparation of Documents

You need to provide required documents for RAKEZ company formation and we will prepare the application forms for your signature.

Step 3 – Signature on Application Forms

You will need to sign the company formation application forms and return the clear scanned copies to us by email or in originals at our offices.

Step 4 – Issuance of License

Application for company formation will be submitted to RAK Economic Zone by us for issuance of your company license. Your license will be issued in three (3) working days by RAKEZ.

Step 5 – Start Your Business

Your RAK Economic Zone company license will be issued to you and can start your business immediately. You can also apply for a corporate bank account once you have received the license.
